Built for the businesses that move stock every day
These are the problems retailers and wholesalers describe to us most often. Each one costs money quietly, every trading day.
Counts drift between what the shelf holds and what the system says, across hundreds of products and several suppliers.
Daily takings look healthy, but nobody can say which products actually made money after cost and discount.
Supplier invoices, part payments, and outstanding balances live in notebooks and spreadsheets instead of one ledger.
The drawer is counted by hand at closing, differences get argued about, and there is no record the next morning.
Staff give a price to close the sale without knowing the minimum safe price for that product.
Owners wait until month end for numbers that should be available at the end of every trading day.
NexusXPOS is built for businesses that want more than basic billing. It connects POS, inventory, purchases, cash control, reports, and pricing intelligence so owners can run their business with better visibility.
A sale at the till updates stock, cost, and cash position at the same time — which is what makes the reports trustworthy.
Track stock on hand, low-stock alerts, product movement, barcode items, and total stock value in real time.
Record purchase bills, manage suppliers, monitor unpaid balances, and review full purchase history per item.
Follow transactions, daily takings, product-wise performance, and customer sales without exporting anything.
Fast billing with barcode scanning, a cashier workflow staff learn quickly, and clean receipt printing.
Watch the cash register, bank movement, cash sales, and end-of-day settlement in one place.
Sales, purchase, stock, profit, and settlement reports ready when you need them — daily, not monthly.
Owner, admin, cashier, and salesman roles with permissions that match what each person should see.
Tax, invoice and receipt formats, permissions, branches, and system preferences configured to your business.
Know your real cost, safe margin, and profitable price before you sell. NexusXPOS builds the price up from what the product actually costs you to put on the shelf.

Cashiers can count denominations, match the drawer with system cash sales, and generate a daily settlement report with full transparency.
Cash sales for the shift are totalled automatically, separate from card and bank.
Note and coin counts are entered as they are counted, so nothing is estimated.
The difference appears immediately as a shortage or an excess, before the shift closes.
The signed-off result is stored under Reports with the date, shift, and cashier.

Reporting is not an afterthought. Every module feeds the same set of reports, so you can answer a question at closing time instead of waiting for month end.
See all featuresWhat businesses tell us actually improves once stock, cash, and pricing live in the same place.
Live counts and low-stock alerts keep the shelf and the system in agreement.
Every day is settled against expected cash, with the difference on record.
Margin is calculated from real landed cost, not from the invoice price alone.
Scan-and-go checkout keeps the queue moving during your busiest hours.
Outstanding balances per supplier are visible before the next delivery arrives.
A minimum safe price sits behind every product before a discount is given.
Owners get the numbers that matter at closing, not weeks later.
Role-based access means staff see their work and nothing beyond it.
Cheap billing software is easy to buy and expensive to live with. Enterprise ERP is the opposite problem. NexusXPOS sits deliberately in between.
Most low-cost systems stop at billing. NexusXPOS connects the till to stock, purchases, suppliers, cash, and reporting, so the numbers reconcile instead of living in separate tools.
Freight, wastage, and landed cost are part of the price calculation, which is what wholesalers and importers need and what basic POS software leaves out.
Denomination counting and an expected-versus-counted comparison give you a defensible cash record without extra paperwork.
Cashiers, salesmen, admins, and owners each get an appropriate view, so daily work can be delegated safely.

Straight answers about what NexusXPOS is, who it suits, and how to see it.
Both. The point of sale is one module inside a wider platform that also covers inventory, purchases, suppliers, cash and bank, pricing, users, and reporting. Sales at the till update stock and cost positions immediately, so you are not reconciling two separate systems.
