Solve the boring problems properly
Stock accuracy, supplier balances, landed cost, and end-of-day cash are not glamorous. They are also where most of the money leaks. We would rather do those well than add features nobody uses.
NexusXPOS exists because the gap between a cheap billing app and a full ERP is where most retailers and wholesalers are stuck.
NexusXPOS is an EPOS, inventory, purchasing, and business management platform for retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, mini-marts, and distributors. It covers the point of sale, but the reason it exists is everything around the point of sale: what you are holding in stock, what you paid for it, what you owe your suppliers, what the drawer should contain at closing, and whether the price on the shelf is actually profitable.
It was created after watching the same pattern repeat in growing businesses. A shop buys inexpensive billing software because it is quick to set up. Sales get recorded, receipts get printed, and for a while that feels like enough. Then the business grows — more products, more suppliers, a second outlet, more staff — and the cracks appear. Stock counts drift. Nobody can say which products made money. Supplier balances live in a notebook. The drawer is counted by hand and the difference is argued about rather than recorded. Owners end up making decisions on instinct because the numbers arrive too late to be useful.
The alternative on offer is usually a full ERP: powerful, expensive, and slow to implement, with a training burden that a twelve-person business cannot absorb. NexusXPOS is deliberately positioned between those two options — connected enough that the numbers reconcile, simple enough that a cashier can be productive on their first shift.
To give independent retailers and wholesalers the same clarity over stock, cost, cash, and profit that large chains take for granted — in software they can afford, install, and actually use.
These shape what gets built, and just as importantly, what doesn't.

The people using the system every day are cashiers and storekeepers, often during the busiest hour. If a workflow needs training beyond a short handover, we treat that as our problem to fix.
We would rather lose a sale than oversell a capability. During a demo you will get a direct answer about what is supported today, what is configurable, and what is not on the roadmap.
